Peter originally trained as a draughtsman before acquiring a reputation for fine antique furniture restoration. After several years working for specialist restorers he moved into the field of architectural joinery which led to Wincanton Joinery being formed. Wincanton Joinery continues to complete work for the National Trust and on some of Somerset's finest private estates and listed buildings as well as contracts in London.
